Beekman Point Engineering was hired to conduct a post fire investigation and to provide full mechanical, electrical and plumbing renovation plans following an apartment fire. The fire originated in the second floor unit with extensive fire and water damage. The first floor unit required renovation due to water damage from the fire fighting effort.
